Shortly after incorporating, we began work on a $40 million, 17-storey high-rise tower in Victoria’s downtown core. With a $20 million high-rise slated to break ground the following year, our early momentum reflected both preparation and trust: trust from clients who believed in our approach and our ability to deliver.
